Shipping policy
When will my order ship? Processing times vary depending on the item type. Please review the product description before ordering:
- Standard items: Please allow 3–10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
- Pre-order items: Please allow 3–5 weeks from the order date for shipment.
- Collection/made-to-order items: Please allow 2–5 weeks for production and shipment.
My order says "Delivered" but I haven't received it. We recommend checking with neighbors and your local post office first, as carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered early. If you're still unable to locate your package, please contact USPS directly, as they are responsible for the final delivery of your package.
Shipping Address Accuracy Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Fashionary Pieces is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Unfortunately, we are unable to modify addresses after an order has been placed.
Returned-to-Sender Orders If your order is returned to us by USPS due to an address issue, you will receive a full refund once the package is received at our facility.
Why hasn't my tracking updated yet? Tracking numbers are generated as soon as your shipping label is printed, which means your number may show "pre-shipment" for a few days before USPS scans it in. This is normal and does not mean your order is lost. Please only reach out if your order has exceeded the estimated shipping timeframe.
Oversold Items In the rare event that an item in your order is oversold and unavailable, we will refund you for that item and ship the rest of your order. If your entire order consists of the unavailable item, your shipping cost will also be refunded.
Sizing Unless otherwise specified, all Fashionary Pieces items — including shirts, hats, and hoodies — are unisex sizing.
Pricing Product prices are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of your purchase is final and will not be retroactively adjusted.
